You have 15 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return or refund.
Important: If the shipment is marked as โdeliveredโ by the carrier, the 15-day window begins from that statusโeven if you didnโt receive the package directly.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must:
- Be new, unused, unwashed, and free of odors or stains
- Have all original tags attached
- Be returned in its original packaging (or equivalent)

- Be shipped back within the return window
Items that do not meet these requirements will be rejected and no refund will be issued.

Due to hygiene, health, or customization reasons, we do not accept returns on:
